i will say it again, im kittenana and i mostly post animations on the internet. it seems one of them made a large impact on the internet. it is a meme known as "489"

there are pages explaning this meme already, but ill talk about its story anyways. containing a little bit MORE about me than them.

fyi. i knew what hhgregg was when i animated it :] hhgregg is an american online retailer of consumer electronics. more information on Wikipedia

"why are you telling us this nana?" because the audio i used in my video is a remix of an hhgregg commercial. made by rodri_coro on youtube. (titled "christmas acidjazz") it uses the melody of "acid jazzed evening" by janne suni.

the commercial originates from 2010 . it contains the companys mascot "HH" singing

now, how did i bring this little commercial back from the dead? just stumbled upon rodris song and it got stuck in my head for a looong time, as i wanted to get rid of the ear worm i animated it with what i always visualized when remembering or listening to it.

i opened flash 8, drew and tweened my original character dancing to the music. (her name is Skies. it is a blue temmie (temmies are a species that originate from the indie game UNDERTALE) explains why she looks so deformed. "Temmies resemble dogs, with cat-like ears on top of their heads as well as dog ears on the sides" )

and then.... i uploaded it to youtube. i posted the video with the title "hhhhhhgreg" something like that. to be fair i wasnt popular at all back then. until people started making animations based off mine. collectively they called the meme format "489" so i renamed my video to that. and thats how the internet meme / animation meme is known now.

yes, its an animation meme. but i like giving it a more formal term "internet meme" :3c its the same thing for me. short n silly things based off each other!

im not too sure and how it started to grow. i think eventually i just saw people make more and more and more animations based off mine , eventually one was posted to tiktok and it exploded with views. you might guess where this is going from there.

to be fair. tiktok is the LAST place i wanted my stuff to go in, but whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it is what it is.

so what happened? its extremely popular now. the meme is well known on both tiktok and youtube. to be fair a lot of people dont know the original (mine) thats okay. i dont want to get ALL the credit, im not that greedy

it seems i also made both HH and hhgregg popular. and that is my impact on the internet. this silly little commercial made me impact the internet in a way.

again, i did not expect to make it popular at all! i was just having fun. lazy video became popular it seems.

INFO ABOUT THE ORIGINAL VIDEO ITSELF

now for things the video contains. OTHER than it being the famous 489 meme and using a remix of an hhgregg commercial.

first ill talk about the start. "what does "clint" mean?? is that a token with limbs?? "

to be fair when i made the video. i was just having fun. i had the part where it repeats "TV 299 , 489 489" done but i didnt know what to put as the intro. so i just used a video i stumbled upon recently and found funny.

i used timestamp 1:29 for the intro on my 489 video. "clint" is just a silly way to say the name of the character that was on the screen. "Coiny".

now if you somehow dont know where those characters are from. they are from a web series called "Battle for dream island" made by jacknjellify that can be found on youtube. take note of this kINDA because ill mention it again later.

i used this video because as you may PROBABLY know already, i really like bfdi.

now for the main part. it shows my original character which i talked about previously , "Skies" dancing and lipsyncing to the audio.

Skies is a character i made around late 2022. it has always represented something specific about me, lets say shes me, but only a part of me. i divide myself into different parts. like a pie or a pizza. Skies represents one of em!

what does it represent you may ask? its quite silly.. really.

Skies represents my passionate and strong love for a fictional character named Firey. he is also from BFDI (battle for dream island) he has made me so so happy lately. my love poured into this skies character it makes my love its own little jolly entity yk lol, despite that , shes still me, shes kind of like a sona in a way :3

im not sure if ill talk about why he means so much to me in this page, i feel like that belongs in my firey shrine more (yes, i do have one)

so uh.. thats not it. not sure if you have wondered why i chose that character for that audio, and why i made it dance and stuff?

the origin of the song and stuff has nothing to do with skies ;w; its kind of just about how it sounds, its melody! the repetition.

in the video skies is vocally stimming (repetition of words) out of joy overload. out of, yk, firey! literally the videos meaning is just me stimming to firey. nothing very deep (unless i talk about why i love him so much and aah )

after a heavily traumatic event that happened to me that is related to her (skies part of me) and firey, im very very grateful and flattered for the 489 meme becoming popular! really, i could not ask for anything else :]

i guess a few more things. theres really no meaning to why Skies is a blue temmie. other than her being love themed with the pink hearts on 4 of her ears. and having a love letter for a collar tag (or whatever you call those) after what crazy things i just talked about, heh.

i used flash 8 for animation because i liked 2000s or early 2010s internet culture a lot. though i kinda got over that phase. i still use it because, theres really nothing better i can use , ive gotten used to the program and im in love with its features

ive been around the internet (as in, posting things) since october 2020. same thing i do now, i posted animations n stuff, they were not as epic as they are today!

i dont wanna reveal my old usernames, but yes i have went by many different ones before the kittenana one, which i think i am more comfortable with than any other username i had!

how well was i known back then? eh.. had a few followers. like. 100 or something. sadly there isnt anything THAT interesting about my past. but i did change a lot from my old work!

again. the 489 video is probably my most popular thing ever :3 !! woah!!!
